Please complete this form to share how your church plans to participate in the Igniting Ministry campaign and submit it to the Bishop's office by August 1.  The training session you plan to attend may help your church team decide, so feel free to submit the form following your attendance at one of the five scheduled training sessions.  Please complete only one form per church.

Evaluate our facilities, ministries and programs to ensure we are doing all we can to invite, welcome and disciple people who do not have a church home. We will:
Actively invite people who don't have a church home to worship services and activities.
Enhance current welcoming efforts (ex: post greeters in parking lots, assign members to greet visitors).
Make church facilities more welcoming (ex: update/add signage, modernize bathrooms and nurseries).
Begin new ministries or programs to disciple unchurched seekers (ex: small groups, Bible studies).
        
Purchase advertising time and space and place Igniting Ministry advertising materials in our community:
Television advertisements Radio spots Billboards
Print advertisements Door hangers
Classified advertisements Direct mail postcards
            
Participate in any advertising buys coordinated by our district (check with your district office to find out if your district is coordinating a district-wide media buy).
Use a protion of our church's advertising dollars to place Igniting Ministry advertisements locally.
Encourage members of our congregation who are business owners to use a portion of their business' advertising budget to place Igniting Ministry advertisements locally.
