| LEESBURG--More than 480 Florida Conference youth and adults
attended the Real Luv weekend March 5-7 at the Life Enrichment center here to explore
issues surrounding their faith and sexuality. The emphasis of the weekend was "about
making good, Christian decisions," said Carol Sue Hutchinson, director of the Florida
Conference Council on Ministries Discipleship ministry. The weekend's format was revamped from previous years, offering the youth more interactive methods of learning, including the mall of information, a shopping center at which each store carried information on topics like babies, date rape and peer pressure, Love line offered participants a chance to ask questions and get answers, while Bible study and small groups give them a chance to discuss issues with their peers.
