Speakers share experiences of not playing church
Whether church has become a spectator sport or a game of career advancement, keynote speakers at the "No More Playing Church" training experience of the Dare to Share Jesus 2000 Annual Conference Event said it is possible and necessary to stop "playing church."

Praise band tours state
The sounds of Cuban rhythms and praise filled United Methodist Churches throughout the Florida Conference during May and June when 11 members of the Monte de Sión (Mount Zion) Praise Band from Havana Cuba played more than 15 dates on a month-long tour of south and central Florida.  full story
