Women who want to experience spiritual renewal away from their everyday responsibilities should attend the 15th annual Leesburg Women’s Retreats at the Life Enrichment Center Jan. 22-24, Feb. 12-14 and 26-28, and Mar. 12-14. The program fee is $20, plus housing and meals costs. Five scholarships are available for the 1999 Wesley Study Retreat in England June 20-29. Each scholarship covers the cost of transportation, lodging and most meals for the clergy member and spouse. Applications may be obtained from the Conference Registrar’s Office in Lakeland. The application deadline is Jan. 15. For more information, contact Rev. All clergy and laity of Florida Conference United Methodist churches are invited to the annual Christmas Gala for United Methodist Churches at Florida Southern College Dec. 4 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the college’s Branscomb Auditorium in Lakeland.
