Lay ministry offers quiet space at event
Delegates and visitors to the Dare to Share Jesus 2001 Florida Annual Conference Event are invited to visit the Prayer Garden sponsored by the conference's Board of Lay Ministry. The garden is a quiet place to pray and meditate, and Holy Communion, which will be blessed each morning at 7:30, will be available there throughout the day.
The garden will be in Sikes Hall F instead of the lobby as in past years. Conference Lay Speakers, including members of the Korean, Hispanic, Haitian and hearing-impaired communities, will assist as greeters and ushers.
