celebrate 20 years
Secretaries serving in United Methodist
churches, ministries and conferences are invited to attend the
Professional Association of United Methodist Secretaries’ (PAUMCS)
20th annual conference April 11-14 in Chicago.
A team of nationally recognized speakers will
offer opportunities for secretaries to renew their spirit of
enthusiasm, caring, faithfulness and acceptance. Participants are able
to choose from a number of workshops and free-time options.
The cost is $190 for PAUMCS members and $210 for

Event offers networking for
multi-ethnic leaders
Lay and clergy leaders in multi-cultural and
multi-ethnic ministries are invited to attend “That We May Be One: A
Learning and Sharing Event” April 4-6 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel
and Convention Center in Research Triangle Park, N.C. The event is
sponsored by the General Board of Global Ministries (GBGM).
The cost is $199 and does not include lodging.

Largest shares its experience
Windsor Village United Methodist Church, the
denomination’s largest United States congregation, will share its
experience in transforming communities by hosting a nationwide
conference April 4-6 in Houston, Tex.
The eChurch2002 Ministry Conference is a “teaching-church”
initiative that will provide opportunities to increase the
effectiveness of churches, pastors and ministry volunteers.
