Clarification
The article “Camps adopt new reservation
policy” in the March 29 issue of the “Florida United Methodist
Review” contained inaccurate information. The article relates to the
new reservations policy at the Florida Conference camps and conference
center. It was inaccurately stated that all United Methodist groups
are exempt from paying a 10 percent deposit. Instead, the policy
states that only conference events are exempt from paying the deposit.
This policy is due to the manner in which money exchanges are handled
within the conference.
