Centers rehabilitate homes, lives
The quality of a person's home, especially for a child, is an important part of that child's development, according to the Rev. Louis Jones, executive director of Tampa United Methodist Centers.

The "Children's Harvest" is a mission project of the Florida Conference that will culminate in a collection of health and school kits, infant formula, paper and money that will benefit the Florida Conference's outreach ministries and the Methodist Church of Haiti.  Full Story

Unclaimed property is "cash or equivalent assets left by an owner with a company…like a bank, insurance company or an employer," Koerber said, adding it can include stock, bonds or mutual funds, or it can be a utility deposit left when someone moves or cancels service and does not leave a forwarding address.  Full Story
