Conference has new Third Party Administrator

The Florida Conference’s all-conference Workers’ Compensation program has a new Third Party Administrator (TPA), Johns Eastern Company Inc. in Sarasota.

Johns Eastern is an established Workers Compensation TPA in Florida and has the full endorsement of the Florida Conference’s insurance broker, Arthur J. Gallagher.

The conference’s former TPA, Protegrity, opted to terminate its contract.

All existing claims have been transferred to Johns Eastern. New claims should be reported to the Johns Eastern claims line at 1-800-616-6857. Once a new claim has been reported, further contact should be made to the assigned Johns Eastern adjuster. The claims adjuster number is 1-800-749-3044, extension 359.

Contact conference Risk Manager Jim Severance at 1-800-282-8011, extension 137, for more information.
